Intake
Coach participates in intake call(s). Begins to build relationship with hiring manager.
Identify 4-6 key stakeholders for interviews.
Coach learns about the business, culture, team and role expectations independent of candidates.
Interviews & Synthesis
Coach interviews stakeholders and synthesizes all inputs into a summary document which is shared with both the new leader, once hired, and their manager. Synthesis explores:
Success measures
Key deliverables
Vital relationships
Team dynamics
Landmines / watch-outs
Cultural considerations etc.
Coaching
Coach meets with new leader to walk through the summary document and to map out a 90 day integration strategy.
Integration strategy is refined by new leader refines with input from mngr.
Coach and new leader meet regularly (1-2 times a month) for coaching sessions.
Adjustments to the strategy are made as conditions evolve.

Coach synthesizes all inputs again and shares summary with the new leader.
New leader and coach identify possible strategies for the next 90 days and beyond.
New leader shares and refines the new strategy with their manager.
